I haven't seen any other brands of cappuccino chips, but the recipe would be great with just a plain chocolate &#38; the white chocolate, or mint &#38; chocolate, or you could also just go with a coffee flavored chocolate instead of the cappuccino chips.  To me that might actually be better even.  You could also add some coconut or chopped nuts when stirring in the cream.</description>
