I would like to introduce you to a sweet new food blog.  This one is a little different, it’s the first I’ve seen dedicated completely and totally to ice cream.  The blog is full of great stories and thoughts along with an insiders glimpse into the whole ice cream making process at Turkey Hill Dairy.  The Ice Cream Journal gives readers a chance to write in and “Ask Ernie” their most pressing questions about ice cream and the Turkey Hill Dairy.  If your question is selected it will be posted and answered on the blog.

Now I know it’s a bit too cold right now for many of us to actually want to eat ice cream very often, but maybe this blog will hold us over until the weather warms?  Or perhaps the writers will just share lots more recipes such as the recent Pumpkin Ice Cream Pie.  Either way I’m looking forward to this new food blog find.
