We are seeking chocolate fans to be part of a tasting panel that will judge locally made chocolates. Results will be detailed in upcoming story themed to Valentine’s Day.
Participants will need to be available to come to the Times Union’s office in Colonie Wednesday, Jan. 31 for a two-hour evening session.
To nominate yourself for a slot on the panel, send a short note detailing why you’d be an ideal taster to Shannon Fromma, sfromma@timesunion.com, or fax 454-5514. Please include your full name, age, occupation, family status, day and evening phone numbers and where you live. Panelists, to be notified on Monday, January 29, will be chosen based on their chocolate answer and with an eye toward creating a diverse group of tasters.
