Spiked Hot Chocolate

It’s Saturday night, and I’ve been sitting in front of my computer for the past 48 hours. It’s time to find something to distract me from work entirely. This recipe should do the trick:

Cacao-Spiked Hot Chocolate

Heat one cup of milk in a small pan over medium-low heat until simmering. Turn off heat. Add two ounces of chocolate, chopped, and whisk until encorporated. Add a tablespoon of cream and a full shot of creme de cacao. Pour into a mug and serve, in the spirit of complete relaxation.
Serves one.
