I love the BIG CHERRY. It Is Better Than Sex!!! Well, close to it at least.I first tried BIG CHERRY when I was 6 years old in 1968. Didn’t try the CHERRY MASH until 2006 and just tried the TWIN BING today.

I sell Twin Bings at my store, The Buzz on Broadway, in Seaside, Oregon.
Retail: $1.49. I purchase them directly from the manufacturer in Iowa. My favorite is Christoper’s Big Cherry. My first one was right out of the refrigerated delivery truck..mmm delish!

Cybele: I think you may be right, excpet that the Twin Bing is without the whole cherry. Otherwise, they are ridiculously similar. Who buys these?

Rosa: I’ve never had a Cherry Mash, but from the looks of it (on their website) it looks more similar to the Twin Bing in that it has no cherry inside. Again, WHO is buying these? Do they have any value beyond one of a nostalgic nature? I will say that they all have pretty great packaging. That’s something, I guess.

I bought and tried a Cherry Mash a few weeks ago. And by tried I mean took one nibble and couldn’t bring myself to take a second bite. The artificial cherry flavor and smell was just too much.

I’ve often wondered if these are all secretly the same candy bar, but with slightly different names & shapes. I’ve only tried the Big Cherry and that was enough for me.

Is the Twin Bing the original? (Or is there really any way to tell at this point?)
