  • If you use fresh leaves, use ¼ cup of lemon grass. If you use dried leaves, use 4 teaspoons of lemon grass and pour 2 cups of water.
  • Usually, if you use fresh leaves, you boil the water with the lemon grass for about 3 minutes before you serve it. On the other hand, if you use dried leaves you can just pour over boiling water and wait for it to steep for about 10 minutes.
  • Once your tea is ready, you can wait for it to cool down a bit and you can start drinking it.
  • If however, you want to add a little sweetness to it, you can add a teaspoon of honey and it will taste really great.
